Banana and Oat Cookies

Banana and Oat Cookies

2 ingredients = tasty and healthy cookies!

Mash two bananas in a bowl, mix in 1 cup of rolled oats (GF if preference) • place the mixture evenly on greaseproof paper • mix in chocolate chips / cacao nibs •

Cook for 10-15 minutes and leave to cool (or eat warm!)

p.s just a note ... make sure you place the cookies on greaseproof paper otherwise they will stick to your baking tray!
