Allergy and Free From

Kensington Olympia hosted the free from event recently and it was great (as usual)

There were a number of vendors displaying their new brands and products for customers to sample of buy in bulk at a discounted price.

One of my favourite brands from the day was 'Thanks for Franks',

We met Frank at his stall and he was very passionate about his product and brand which was extremely inspiring.

You can buy the product in Holland and Barrett and Waitrose (plus a few other stores - check online)

I would definitely recommend the Free from event next year if you're in the West London area!
