This easy to make Shakshuka will set you back less than £10 and can feed 2-3 people • depending on how hungry you are •
Heat in a pan onion, red pepper and a pinch of salt • add garlic, cumin and paprika and stir regularly •
Add chopped tomatoes and let simmer for 15 minutes until thickened • stir in feta • reduce heat, make holes for the eggs and let simmer for 15 minutes • .
Serve up with parsley and a little more feta 🙋🏼♀️
