Mango Smoothie Bowl

Mango Mousse Smoothie Bowl

Blend together two cut up ripe mangos, 500g natural yoghurt (I chose 0% fat) and 400g condensed milk

(Leaving you with a light yellow, thick mixture)

Add to a dish and refrigerate for 4 hours (over night is best)

Serve up for brunch or dessert - 6 generous sized portions!

I added fresh mango, cacao nibs, cacao granola and chia seeds
