Hummingbird Lemon Crumb Squares

Hummingbird Lemon Crumb Squares @hummingbbakery .

Pre heat the oven to 175, line the tin with grease-proof paper • sieve 180g flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder in a bowl •

Cream together 115g butter, 200g soft brown sugar until light and fluffy • mix in 90g oats, and the flour mixture •
.
Press half the mixture into the tin • in a separate bowl mix 370ml condensed milk, 140ml Lemmon juice and one lemon zest • spread the mixture on top of the base •

Spread the rest of the topping and bake for 20-25 minutes • cool for 1hr-1.30hr and then serve up •
