Sun-dried Tomato Hummus
There are no set specific measurements for this (well I chose to ignore them 🙊), you can make as much or as little and store it in a container in the fridge

Drain and dry off canned chickpeas and add them to a blender alongside sun-dried tomatoes (drained if preferred)

Add 4 tsp of lemon juice, garlic powder, pinch or two of salt and pepper, 1 tbsp ground cumin,1/2 cup tahini (if you have some) and 1/4 cup of olive oil

Blend together and enjoy on crackers, bread, bagels or anything else! (Carrots?) • online recipe •
