Apricot and Raspberry Clafoutis
Put the oven on 180 • grease a 24cm dish (not a loose bottom)

Melt 25g of butter in a pan, add 11 apricots (halved) and 1 tsp of sugar • mix together 3 eggs with 100g caster sugar and fold in 100g plain flour (GF) • scatter half the apricots and 300g of raspberries in the dish .
Evenly pour the mixture over • add the remaining apricots • bake 30 mins • serve with ice cream or whipped cream •
