Blueberry and Strawberry Breakfast Cakes

How to make the Jam?
Add 2 cups of frozen blueberries & strawberries to 2 tbsp of maple syrup
Heat until the berries have released their liquid
Stir in chia seeds & cool the jam
Blend 1 cup of rolled oats
Add to mixing bowl including 1 cup non-blended oats and 1 tsp baking powder
Add 2 bananas, 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1 tsp vanilla
Spoon 2/3 of mixture into the baking tray, layer on the chia jam and sprinkle remaining mixture on top
Bake for 30 mins
