A few weekends back I took a day trip out to Windsor to explore, shop and obviously eat 🙊
We decided to visit @cote_brasserieas they have a ‘Lunch and early Evening’ set menu: 2 course 11.50, 3 courses £13.50 • note it is slightly more in central London, £12.95/£14.95 •
📸 Lentil and bacon salad - Warm lentils with bacon lardons, red onion, croutons, parsley and a warm poached egg
📸 Coq au Vin - Corn-fed chicken leg, slowly braised in red wine with bacon lardons, chestnut mushrooms and potato puree
Lamb Parmentier - Shepherd’s pie with slowly braised minced lamb, topped with potato puree and toasted breadcrumbs, with glazed carrots
